Delete your Dor Meen account

Request account and data deletion

In the app, open My account, select Delete account, and complete the ownership check.

If you cannot use the app, email dormeen.support@gmail.com from the address associated with your account, with the subject “Dor Meen account deletion”. Do not send a password or sign-in code. We verify account ownership before processing the request.

Data deleted

Your account identity, email, game balance and account-linked data are deleted. Unused games are permanently removed. Account deletion does not automatically request a refund; contact the store used for the purchase.

Data retained

Purchase transaction records, pack type and date are retained without their account link to prevent duplicate credit. These records have no automatic expiration. Local game history and settings can be removed by clearing app data or uninstalling the app.
